Fwd: SALES MANAGER INSURANCE - Recruitment Fundamentals

Just checked this funny Recruiter Mail and I wrote back to them, and I thought of sharing with you all on how funny is the scene with recruiters who simply search the placement sites for some keywords and if the keywords match, they simply set off the mail. What they miss is scanning through the CV to establish if its relevant to their requirement or not and whether they are targeting the right audience or not. They just know one thing simply narrow down the search and set off the mails.

Check out the massacre of English and well ALL CAPS mail, which is like shouting on the street - we have a job, we have a job ....funny huh!!!!!

I guess it goes without saying about the learnings from this trade.....LOLz......

I think you have not gone through my CV at all, otherwise you would not have written this mail to me with some Funny English in it.

Better learn to write better English and go through the CV of the person you contacting.

One more thing, DELETE my name from your records as I am not interested in any further correspondence from your side.
